Exciting Opportunity: Lead our Cleaning Team at our client'sRefinery in Wagerup!

Take charge of daily cleaning operations, guide Level 1 Cleaners, and uphold top-notch quality standards.

Embrace a Monday to Friday schedule from 6am to 2pm for a perfect work-life harmony.

Begin with a Casual contract, with the chance to secure a permanent role post-probation.

While prior Team Leading experience is a plus, we prioritize exceptional communication, problem-solving prowess, and robust leadership qualities.

Location: outskirts of Wagerup
Pay rate: From $32.73 per hour plus penalties and 11% Super
Shift times: Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:00

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Promote a positive and safe working environment
Assist with on-the-job training and coordinate the work of Level 1 Cleaners
Cleaning required can include the public areas, disposal of waste, spot cleaning, including mopping, sweeping, cleaning toilet facilities, cleaning glass – both internal and external

To qualify as the ideal candidate, you must possess a reliable vehicle and a full driver's license, be physically fit, and committed to a long-term work engagement. All applicants are required to provide a recent National Police Check and pass a Medical and a Drug and Alcohol test.
